Legislation and regulations related to medicine importing

Pharma-K Imported Medicines Assistance is a company that assists patients with medicine importing of drugs that are not registered on Ministry of Health and ANVISA. Ministry of Health is a Brazilian entity from the Government that takes care of all matters that are related with Health in the country and ANVISA is a Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency. We follow all legal and customs procedures related to medicine importing to be in compliance with the responsible organs, which are: ANVISA, The Department of Federal Revenue of Brazil and The Federal Police. The entire importing procedure is realized under the patients name, because medicines that are not registered can ONLY be imported for patient's personal use.
